Questions and Answers

1. Where do I fly into? Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It is approximately a 20-30 minute drive to Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa (where the bride, groom, and wedding guests will stay). Transportation roundtrip is $51 per person from SJD to Dreams.

2. Will I need a passport? Yes. Please make sure your passport doesn't expire before the trip.

3. Do I need to stay at Dreams Los Cabos? No, but we strongly encourage you to stay at the all-inclusive resort as all the wedding activities will be taking place here. If you do decide to stay somewhere else, please consider the costs of food, drinks, transportation to/ from the resort, the resort day/ night event pass, etc.

4. How many occupants are allowed per room at this resort? We found that the best deal for occupancy is two adults per room. The hotel has a maximum occupancy of three adults per room, and the price increases per person. The resort has stated that any occupancy above three adults per room must be upgraded to a suite, which we find to be expensive. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause.

5. How long will the wedding weekend be? Dreams Los Cabos requires a three night minimum, so the dates would be November 13-16, 2025. The wedding is on Saturday, November 15, 2025! Check in will be at 3 pm and check out will be at 11 am. If you are unable to stay this long then there are other hotels nearby such as Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Los Cabos (a 5 minute drive) and Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos (a 10 minute drive).

6. What is the dress code? The wedding is semi-formal. For women: Mid or long cocktail dresses. For men: Suits or tuxes. The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will not be on the sand.

7. Can I bring my kids? While we love your kids, our wedding will be mostly adults unless we specifically included your children on the invitation. Dreams Los Cabos is a family-friendly resort. However, we chose this so that the ring bearer can be Steph's little cousin, and so that the flower girl can be Rick's little niece.

8. When do I need to RSVP by? Please RSVP by June 30, 2025. We do not have a room block reserved so no space is being held at the hotel. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to book your stay ASAP to guarantee your room at the resort. Reservations can be held for a non-refundable deposit of $150 per person unless you purchase travel protection. You can pay as you go with 0% interest, but the full payment is due 65 days prior to your departure date (September 8, 2025). Price matching is available at the time of booking; restrictions apply.

9. Can I cancel my reservation once I book my room? There is a $150 non-refundable deposit per person unless you purchase travel protection. You can get a refund if you cancel before the deadline of September 8, 2025. All reservations after this date are non-refundable.

10. What if I have dietary restrictions? You can specify your dietary restriction on the e-invites when you are asked what you'd like to eat at the wedding reception.
